Re Flooring London was built upon a methodology of going the extra mile by maximising client relations and retention. To achieve this, we have the best people in the flooring industry supporting our clients from start to finish, thus enabling them to deliver high quality projects themselves.

With a combined knowledge of over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, our directors know the importance of every individual step within the process of each project and delivery.

Derek Veira

Derek is the managing director of RFL, he oversees the day to day running of the business and has been in the industry for 20 years, with experience ranging from warehouse work to head of purchasing at one of the UKs largest flooring contractors. Derek has a strong knowledge when it comes to materials, installation, technicalities, manufacturer relations and client relations.

David Silva

David is the financial controller for RDL, RFL and SSL. His 17 years of working within the financial industry primarily in managerial and accounting roles give David the knowledge, experience and drive needed to make sure the three companies are maintaining a high standard of functionality, for the benefit of our credibility and internal security.

Thomas Jewel

Thomas is the pre-contracts manager for RFL, he has over 6 years of experience in the flooring industry and over 15 years working on commercial building sites, he has a very methodical approach to his work and will go as far as possible to meet client expectations.

Tony Mcghee

Tony is the senior project manager for RFL, he has been working in the flooring industry for 38 years and has a high exposure to corporate and commercial environments. Within that 38 years, Tony has also worked as a sales consultant for a large flooring manufacturer, his current role includes managing installations, supervising on site labour, sales, day to day management and operations.
