Rad Bulinski
Rad is the managing director for RDL, his overall responsibility is to oversee the day to day running of the estimation department and operations team. Rad has over 20 years of experience in the decoration and construction industry and has a number of valuable relationships acquired over his years working as a director.
David Silva
David is the financial controller for RDL, RFL and SSL. His 17 years of working within the financial industry primarily in managerial and accounting roles give David the knowledge, experience and drive needed to make sure the three companies are maintaining a high standard of functionality, for the benefit of our credibility and internal security.
Robert Hanlon
Robert is the Pre-contracts manager for RDL, highly experienced in building and maintaining client relationships, Rob has been at the forefront of surveying and estimating projects since the beginning of RDL. In Robs previous role as a client account manager for a large servicing company, he learned the importance of managing and surpassing client expectations.
Joe Charles
Joe is the surveyor and estimator for RDL, with a background in corporate environments, account managing and developing business, he is committed to meeting our client’s needs from initial engagement right through to project handover. He has experience and a passion for business, negotiations, securing projects and building client relationships.
Sean McCafferty
Sean is the operations director for RDL, His entire role consists of the intense management of projects, labour, material deliveries and time sensitive situations. Sean has been in management roles for over 12 years and has a specific, adaptive and effective way of achieving top level end of project results.
Bradley Crack
Bradley is the operations manager for RDL, he has been with RDL since the very beginning and started his career as a decorator, with over 12 years of commercial experience, he is an expert at problem solving and managing decoration projects. Bradley is a fully qualified and skilled worker with an NVQ level 3 in decorating, SMSTS, SSSTS and first aid at work to name a few.
Marek Biernacky
Marek is a contracts manager for RDL, with multiple years of experience as a site supervisor and team supervisor, he understands that quality and logistical management is extremely important. Marek’s key focus is maintaining client relations on site and making sure that project targets are always met.
